Dear Pastor Andy – have you ever thought about writig a book? I mean really! You are so articulate and creative the way you write! I am envious….but in a good way! In any case, you continue to be in my prayers. It's so great when we get to hear you preach these days – it really is a gift to all of us. Thank you for being an inspiration. I pray for Alice too! She is my mom's favorite at the Ladies Bible Study. Blessings now and always!

What a blessing and privilege it was to meet you and Alice and worship with you this Sunday. I was moved by all I experienced of how graciously and powerfully God is working in and through IBC. Though our time together was brief your love and concern for me was engraved upon my heart. I pray daily and throughout each day that the Lord will continue to heal you and grant you His strength, comfort, peace and endurance to carry you and Alice through this season of affliction for His glory and your blessing. Dear Andy,

You have and continue to be one of the great inspriations and encouragers inf my life. I thank God for our enduring friendship over the years, out on the golf course, having lunch, remembering events and peope (like Floyd and Ken Sharp) who had such a profound influence on us. I lament having lost touch over time as our paths diverged. Reading your reports of your ongoing battle with stupid cancer has gladdened my heart. Glad not because you suffer but glad that you continue to inspire all of us who love and respect you with your steadfast devotion to The Lord in the face of a tough and painful ordeal. My fervent prayer now is that God heals you completely and gives you many more seasons of ministry and leadership at IBC until you are "full of days" as Abraham.
