  • Communications Pastor

    Full-Time

    This person will provide leadership for the team responsible for shaping the culture, developing the message, and keeping the brand of Irving Bible Church. Not only is this person an excellent communicator, but they serve the Communications team through organizational leadership, team-building, professional development, and pastoral care.

  • Engagement Pastor

    Full-Time

    This role is key to creating connection and leading engagement initiatives for newcomers to IBC, as well as current IBC attendees. We’re looking for someone who excels at hospitality and has experience leading teams.

  • Middle School Pastor

    Full-Time

    The middle school pastor leads relational ministry where middle school students experience their faith as their own and are equipped to live as missionary disciples. The middle school pastor will not only engage with students, but will also build relationships with parents, as well as lead a team of volunteers.

  • Tech Associate — Audio Director

    Full-Time

    The role of the Audio Director is to provide excellent audio and technical support for worship, ministry events, and special events. In addition to managing all audio systems across campus, this director coordinates tech details with ministry leaders in various departments.

  • Sunday Experience Admin

    Part-Time20 Hours per Week

    The Sunday Experience Admin supports the Sunday Experience Group in designing and executing worship experiences that connect people to God, one another, and next steps. This is a part-time position. Design and process administration experience is a plus.

  • Pastoral Resident Program

    Part-Time25+ Hours per Week

    The Residency is a 22-month leadership development program for emerging leaders who are already called to vocational ministry and want to further grow their talent and skills through participating in hands-on leadership experiences and learning environments. Residents have leadership opportunities in a primary ministry environment but also gain exposure to all areas of church ministry and leadership. Our goal is for residents to be prepared for pastoral leadership in the local church.

    We are currently accepting applicants for one pastoral resident for our worship ministry.

  • Intern Program

    Part-Time15-20 Hours per Week

    The Intern program is a one-year opportunity to gain vocational discernment, ministry experience, and core competency skills for ministry in the local church. While interns work within a specific ministry environment, interns also participate in shared experiences alongside other IBC interns in a cohort model. Our goal is that interns will develop a clearer understanding of God’s calling for their life, gain valuable ministry experience, and feel equipped to take their next steps. Current openings:
