Youth

Youth at IBC

IBC Youth is a community for 6th–12th grade students learning what it means to follow Jesus and love like Jesus. We want every student to know that they have a place to belong, people who know them, and a purpose in God’s Kingdom. Our desire isn't just for students to attend youth group, we want to help them become lifelong disciples of Jesus who know Him deeply and love deeply like He does.

2026 Fall Calendar

Download our fall schedule below, and keep an eye on this page for more special events throughout the year.

School Year Schedule

We've got three weekly gatherings for our youth to connect with God and each other throughout the school year.

Youth Bible Study

Youth Bible Study

Every Sunday* · 11 a.m. · the Commons

*except first Sundays

Sunday mornings are about consistent spiritual growth because spiritual growth rarely happens all at once. It happens slowly over time as we consistently show up, build relationships, spend time in God's Word, and practice following Jesus together.  On Sundays, students gather with the same small group and trusted adult leaders to open God's Word together, ask honest questions, learn what Scripture means, and discover how to apply it to their everyday lives.

During Fall 2026, we're walking through the Gospel of John and paying special attention to the way Jesus loved, invited, challenged, served, and cared for the people around Him.

Whether you have followed Jesus for years, are just beginning to explore faith, or aren't sure where to start with the Bible, there is a place for you here.

Youth Nights

Youth Nights

Wednesday Nights · 6:30 p.m. · The Commons

Wednesday nights are designed around two rhythms: Intentional Depth and Intentional Reach. Some nights we create space to go deeper through worship, prayer, and honest conversations about faith and life. Other nights are intentionally built to reach outward: creating fun, welcoming environments where students can build relationships and confidently experience a community that reflects the love of Jesus. The format may change from week to week, but the heart behind every Wednesday is the same: to create an environment where students can encounter God's presence.

Coming for the first time? Park in the Regent Boulevard parking lot and enter through The Commons, where our team will help you check in and show you where to go.

Check the Calendar above for specific Wednesday dates and themes.

First Sundays

First Sundays

First Sundays · 11 a.m. · Worship Center

We don't want students' experience of church to be separate from the rest of the church family.

On First Sundays, Youth Bible Study takes a break so our 6th–12th graders can worship alongside the whole IBC community during the 11 a.m. service. Students and leaders sit together in a designated section of the Worship Center. These Sundays remind us that students aren't simply the future of the Church, they are an important part of the Church right now.
